Panning while shooting with
a slow shutter speed adds
motion blur, and creates a

an arc to follow your subject
as it crosses in front of you,
and fire the shutter at the
midpoint of the arc. Try
experimenting with shutter
speeds ranging from 1/8 to
1/125 second.
