 Quantitative data collection: A self-administered online survey was conducted

to assess risk behavior, PrEP adherence, and attitudes towards PrEP among KPs.
PrEP clients were classified into six categories as specified previously and
recruited to take a self-administered questionnaire. The online self-administered

questionnaires were distributed by PrEP service providers at participating PrEP
                              centers.
 Qualitative data collection: In-depth interviews using semi-structured

questionnaires with PrEP clients from both hospitals and KPLHS delivering PrEP
service were conducted. Participants were recruited with support from PrEP
service providers at each center who would select 2 PrEP clients who were willing

to participate in the study per category.

2.1.3 Data collection for PrEP service providers
                   This consists of two sections:

 Quantitative data collection: A self-administered online survey was distributed to
PrEP service providers across the country from 50 PrEP centers in 21 provinces
(30 hospitals, 4 KPLHS, 16 hospitals that work collaboratively with CBOs) to

examine PrEP service providers’ knowledge of and attitudes towards PrEP service
as well as barriers concerning delivering PrEP services.

 Qualitative data collection: Focus group interviews using semi-structure
questionnaire to capture barriers of PrEP initiation and retentions, differences,
advantages and disadvantages between 3 PrEP service delivery models with PrEP

service providers from 11 centers were conducted.

               3. Findings of the evaluation

                       3.1 PrEP Cascades
According to the analyses, very few records concerning PrEP counselling or PrEP offered
were entered into the National AIDs Program (NAP Plus). This indicates that service providers

rarely enter this information into the system but mainly focus on data entry for individuals initiating
PrEP with PrEP numbers. There were 1,285 individuals registered for PrEP and 1,221 individuals
initiated PrEP (95.0%) from hospital-based setting with or without CBO collaboration whereas

there were 747 individuals registered and offered PrEP from KPLHS setting. Data for KPLHS
setting had been entered into another operating system under their organization. Only data of
individuals under NHSO funding with relevant variables were transferred to NAP Plus for PrEP
