commitment both our body and mind. Advance training is highly essential to keep up the shape and structure of a human body. In a long term exercise plan,
allowing at least three-to-six months is required to gradually build up staying in power, or longer if anyone is not already to be in good running shape. A human
body will need lots of fuel, so eat more fiber oriented stuff and high-protein diet, and drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Above all, remain positive, have fun,

Strength Training, Yoga, Dance and of course, Distance Running. Shweta loves challenging the status quo and proving herself in various Fitness related
competitive events. She has participated and excelled in numerous runs including ones in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Satara, Coorg, Mysore, Pondicherry &
Goa. She has run 30 Half Marathons and one Full Marathon till now. She has also completed 72 kms over 12 hrs in Stadium Run- Bangalore. Moreover recently
her picture has been selected as the feature photograph in INDIAN RUNNING CALENDAR 2019. She has won “The Best Pacing Photograph Online”
Award. She has been Ambassador for Bengaluru Marathon 2017 & 2018,
