confidence and open-up my own home based

WhatsApp, Snapchat and Instagram. I have also
gained various skills around market research so I

some point or another. I definitely see myself

“The Cracked IT programme was exciting as I saw
an opportunity to learn a new skill and start my
own business. I started the course with no real
knowledge on how to fix an iPhone, but by the
end of the week I was able to fix 6 different
iPhone models and was also running a stall in
