                  DISCLAIMER NOTICE
                  Dear Valued Guest,

                  Please be advised that in accordance with the governing rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand,
                  the liability of this hotel for loss and damage to property is limited under the Section 675 of the Thai Civil
                  and Commercial Code:

                  Notice Section 675:
                  1)     The hotel will only hold responsible for the damage or loss of guest belongings in case of.
                         1.1     Damage or loss which occurs in the hotel.
                         1.2     If the loss or damage in no. 1.1 are bank notes, traveller cheques, bonds, shares, jewelry
                                 or other valuables of a similar nature the hotel’s liability will be limited to  a maximum
                                 amount  of Baht 5,000 with the sole exception that the guest has deposited with the hotel
                                 and declared the value of the same.
                  2)     The hotel will not hold responsible if the loss or damage occurs because of:
                         2.1     Unforeseen circumstance
                         2.2     The condition of such asset
                         2.3     Fault of guest or his/her accompanying guests.
