Safety and Security Rules for Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort Krabi

• The hotel is not liable for any accident or loss that occurs in the vicinity of the hotel, nor do we
ensure the absolute safety of every guest.
• The hotel has a general duty to exercise “reasonable care” for the safety and security of
their guests.
• The hotel has general duty to reasonably protect guest from harm caused by other guest or
non-guests.
• The hotel may sue for damages or retained deposit if confirmed reservation are not honoured.
• The hotel may deny admission to any person if the person is unwilling or unable to pay for a room
or other consumption items in the hotel.
• The hotel may deny admission to any person if the person is under the influence of alcohol or other
drugs or creating a public nuisance.
• The hotel may deny admission to any person if the person’s use of a room or other facilities would
exceed the relevant maximum capacity.
• The hotel may deny admission to any person if the hotel reasonably believes the person may use
the room or facility for an unlawful purpose.
• The hotel may deny admission to any person if the hotel reasonably believes the person is carrying
or may bring in something that would create a potential danger or risk to others.
• When checking in to the hotel, you will be asked for a deposit as a guarantee which may be
deducted for any loss or damage to the room or any outstanding payments.
• All rooms in Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort Krabi are non-smoking rooms.
• For you and other guest’s convenience, please only smoke in designated smoking areas.
• For your safety, every guestroom is equipped with a smoke detector.
• Different locations in the hotel are equipped with security cameras.
• Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended in the hotel and do not forget to close
your safety box when leaving the room.
• Children under the age of 12 must not be left alone or without adult supervision at any time.
• Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the elevators and swimming pool
by themselves and must be accompanied with adults at all times.
• For your own safety and that of other guests, please do not run around the pool. It could be slippery
and may cause severe accidents.
• Our pool opening hours are from 07.00–21.00 hrs. without staff or life guard supervision.
Kindly be reminded that the use of pool is at your own risk and discretion.
• In case of fire, do not use the elevators.
