Lorain County home values Summer Squash Fritters
are on fire
Did you ever imagine a year ago when the pandemic
started that you would be seeing a headline like this a year
later? Home values everywhere have been increasing at
an amazing pace, especially in Lorain County despite the
pandemic. In some parts of Lorain County values have in-
creased 15-30% in the year and in some cities, values have
increased that much just since last fall. That means that last
year if your house was worth $200,000 right now it might be
worth $230,000 or more.
Three reasons we are seeing these amazing real estate
values. 1. We have a lack of inventory. There are more
buyers looking for homes than we have available. This can
be seen in the months of housing inventory. In a balanced
market we would 3-6 months of housing inventory available
for buyers to shop. In today’s market we have less than one This is a fast and easy snack or lunch idea. These summer
