In a 2016 Ag Innovation Showcase panel Ms. Kulkarni provided regulatory insights
for gene editing. This year she joins us to provide a short update on the federal
“Coordinated Regulatory Framework for Biotechnology.” The FDA, USDA and EPA
have proposed changes this year that will address gene editing.
