Although the weather wasn't the best, the
® spirits of the choir were far from being damp-
T ened. The choir left early Tursday morning and
headed for Nebraska City, the destination for
their first concert. After lunch at an Auburn
grade school, the choir presented their concert
once more for the Auburn students.
Contest is always the highlight of the music
vfi department. This year the choir presented the
very unusual and difficult "PeaceableKingdom."
With long hours of hard work, they recieved
an excellent rating for their efforts.
Throughout the year, the choir has presented
programs for the student body. Tuesday,May 18,
the choir presented a program for the parents
T and friends. "Peaceable Kingdom", folk songs
and show tunes were presented. The year was
ended with the choir's p e r f o r m a n c e at
Baccalaureate and Commencement. "And you should have seen the one that got away!"
