CRA IG MANCHESTER ARNOLD
Alliance Francaise, VI; Chess Club, III, IV; Flying Club, V, VI; Football, III,
IV; Varsity, V; Letter, VI; French Club, IV, V; Executive Committee, VI;
Hockey, IV, V, Letter, VI; Swimming, III; Tennis, III, IV; Spring Track, V, Let
ter, VI.
Although Craig weighs only 150 pounds, he always picks the
big man's sport. For years he has been one of Zeoli s rejects, but
Jerry could always rely on him to perform well when one of the
regulars was injured (usually every game). He also played on Herr
Pratt's Rink Fink Sguad. O ff the field, Craig serves as an official
M.B. mod with his fantastic wardrobe. During his Clarence Darrow
performance in the Dr. Faustus trial, Craig discovered his given
talent to be in law, but by the time he achieves fame at the bar
he will surely have been ranked nationally (along with Ray LaFazia)
in personal attendance at R.l. Reds hockey games. Wherever
"Craigsey" goes and whatever he does, we are sure that he will
always make the scene, driving one of those canary-yellow Olds-
mobiles from his father's seemingly endless supply.
RAYMOND JOSEPH ARTABASY, JR.
Alliance Francaise, III, IV, V, VI; Baseball, III, IV, Varsity V, Letter, VI; Basket
ball, III, IV, V, VI; Camera Club, III, IV, V; Delphian, VI; French Club, II,
IV, V, Vice-President, VI; Glee Club, IV, V, VI; Quaker V, VI; Tennis, III, IV,
V, VI.
The thing Joe Artabasy does best is work hard. Whether he's
in the classroom, on the baseball diamond, or in the stands cheer
ing a team, Joe can be counted on to give one hundred per cent.
One of the flashiest of the flash, from his guitar to his smile, Joe
can freguently be seen both on and off campus sporting one of
his trademarks, a well known beret (the "Basgue" swears on a
bottle of French wine that it's imported), or driving the Mustang
with the wolf whisfle and gong. Joe's popularity, with the entire
class won him the Vice-Presidency of the French Club, a post he
filled with rare efficacity. The Class of '67 will long remember Joe,
if not for his determination, then for his Basgue-laugh.
CHARLES SISSON BARRETT
Alliance Francaise, III, IV, V, VI; Baseball, III; Class Treasurer, III; Dance
Committee, III; Football, IV; French Club, III, IV, V, VI; Glee Club, V, VI;
Hockey, III, IV, Letter, V, VI; Lacrosse, Letter, IV, V, VI; Soccer, Letter, V, VI.
When you look at Charlie, you smile; you have to, because he's
grinning at you like the chesire cat (no reference to lacrosse games
intended). The fact is that C.B.'s an M.B. cat. What's more,
Charlie's one of the elite who have stuck out all of thirteen years
'neath the shadows of the elms. The thing about the "Bat" is that
he's . . . well, sort of there— you're only aware of his presence when
his shy smile and soffspoken voice remind you. But he's distin
guished himself when not relaxing in the fraternity of his acquaint
ances especially on the athletic field. There Charlie s three goals
have been soccer, hockey, and lacrosse. This gentle Quaker, like
the Barrett dynasty that has gone before him is sure to make his
way.
