                                                         Cross  Country— often  called  the
                                                       "lonely man’s  sport.”  We are proud
                                                       to  note  that  this  year’s  harriers  have
                                                       achieved  more  than  any  past  per­
                                                       forming squad.  The team,  composed
                                                       mainly of seniors this year,  captured
                                                       third  place  in  the  Lower  Bucks
                                                       league,  set  a  new  course  and  school
                                                       record,  and  posted  a  better  record
                                                       than  any  previous  team.  'The  team’s
                                                       fine  ability  was  displayed  at  the
                                                       Lower  Bucks  County  Championship
                                                       Meet.

           against  Bristol  High.
