The girl’s hockey team, under the supervision of Mrs. Picariello, completed a very
successful season with a record of 6 wins, 3 ties, and 1 loss. Dot Chekay highlighted the
season by scoring 14 goals, breaking all school records. Fight, determination, desire,
and spirit were the components of this year’s hockey team.
The following girls will be missed next year: Co-captains, M. Nash and J. Gilbert, G.
Young, J. Shelton, L. McMullen, L. Schulte, J. Zorrer, and S. Shullman.
