MICHAEL DALE ALLEN
Michael is a tough gentleman of ambition. Every afternoon, he jogs heartily to the Seekonk in his
LTD. Crew, however, is second string for Michael. He uses up entire pads of paper fantasizing
about his true love, the ultimate ocean racer. Michael’s dream dwarfs the Queen Elizabeth. Which
leads us to Michael’s other interest; that other paper, the green stuff with the picture of Ulysses S.
Grant. That is why Michael’s favorite publications ring to the tune of Eortune, Business Week,
and Yacht Racing. Those of us who knew Michael well have all conspired with him on some
monetary project: redesigning Moses Brown, taking over the auto industry, or monopolizing the
entire world. At any rate, if Michael keeps studying as hard as he has, we all may be working for
him world-wide (or on his foredeck).
MARK RICHARD ALPERIN
Though Mark was forced to take a temporary leave of absence this fall, he soon returned to his
appropriate place on the Friends Hall porch. Mark is a ten-year veteran, who has, throughout his
years, earned the respect and friendship of student and teacher alike. Despite the rather abrupt
interruption of his endeavors as a starter for varsity soccer, Mark will undoubtedly once again pro
vide the all important impetus as pivot man for the lacrosse team. However, Mark is not one to
allow his extended presence on the athletic fields impair his strong academic standing. Thus, Mark
is one of the select few who have achieved high levels of excellence as an athlete as well as a
scholar. But it is for his ever kind word and willingness to help others for which his classmates
will remember him.
ROBERT PAUL ANDREW S
Bob came from Lincoln High School this year to complete his secondary school education. He is
rarely seen on campus; rather, he has set up camp with fellow Lincolners Ed Pires and Gordon
Ondis in Eddie’s little red jobbie. Bob is not athletically inclined, but has been seen running from
many a teacher. He is academically sound, and should go far in life.
