At the close of each school term, as one reviews the
highlights of the year, the Sophomore Hop is usually the
activity recalled most vividly. The beauty and happiness
of this particular night lingers long in the memory.
"Rhapsody in Blue” surpassed all previous hops.
Highlighting the evening was the crowning of the Queen,
Catherine Cornwell, and the presentation of her court.
Standing from right to left are members of the court
and their escorts; Mike Albro, Robert Bring, Dianne
Flacco, June Plummer, Joel Reese, Carol Scaricaciottoli,
Maryann Kitson, Gary Lindenmuth, Connie Ciotti, Thomas
