No other team sport incites school spirit
like the game of football. Our boys work
hard and long in order to keep in top physi
cal condition. Each time the Tigers go on
to the field, school enthusiasm rises to its
peak. Team work, high spirt, and good
sportsman.ship are a few of the qualities
which have made us very proud of our foot
ball team.

Our Drum Majorette, Karen Klebe, and our Drum Major, Roger Schell, pose
here for our TORCH photographer after a very busy day. These two young
people have had leads m musicals, have received letter awards, art and music
awards, and oratorical awards. Serving Delhaas in this particular capacity is
just another of their invaluable contributions.
Our team is hned up for the first play of the second quarter of the game. It has been an evenly
o ght battle so far, but with the support being given the Tigers, they’re certain to begin playing
just a bit harder. However, win, lose, or tie the team has our loyal support.
