The combination o f intelligence
and physical endurance are required
in the sport of wrestling. Our
wrestlers strive to maintain their
weights as they increase their
strength. The boys are continually
taught new holds and movements
which they apply in competitive
matches. Wrestling is becoming
one of our more popular sports at
Delhaas. The experience gained by
the competitors is of much value
to their physical and intellectual
development.
