          Choosing the proper career is,
        indeed, the most important decision
that an individual must make. Each
        year Delhaas holds "Career Day,”
a day of conferences and discus
sions with people in different voca
tions, to help students decide which
careers are best suited to their par
        ticular abilities. Each student at
        tends two conferences, at which
time he learns about the favorable
        and unfavorable qualities of the
        profession involved. We hope that,
        with such assistance, better voca
tional choices will be made by all.

Delhaas students look forward to the interesting events of Career Day. Robert Sulima,
Nick De Mara, and David Hackney listen intently to information being offered by a guest
speaker. This is a typical scene in the classrooms during Career Day. Students learn
pertinent facts concerning vocations of their choice.

Painstaking efforts are put forth by everyone in making our Career Day a complete success. Evi
dence of some meticulous work is this beautiful centerpiece. Refreshments were offered in our
school library before the conferences began.
