For the first time in Delhaas history,
the girls' Basketball team advanced to the
District I playoffs. This was achieved
through hard work and dedication by:
Judy Ellner, Linda Fisher, Donna Hibbs,
Randy Johns, Mary Ann Morris. Karen
Richman, Sheryl Stinson, Alsheena
Vaughn, Sheila Wright. Although failing
to advance to state competition, we did,
however, finish in second place in the
league with a 9-B record and an overall
record of 13-6. The most critical game for
the Tigers was against Maple Point where
we needed a victory to allow us to clinch
the second place berth in the league.
Many thanks to the girls and to coach
Robinson for such a successful season.
