Rachael is a pre-med major who
plans to start nursing school in
H'#?;
flllS the fall. She is aiming for a B.S.
in nursing. "Dr. Henry and Dr.
Deckert are the best professors
one could ask for. They truly care
about their students both aca
demically and spiritually. I feel that the science
department as a whole has well prepared me
for my future career and continuing educa
tion. I love that I can stop by my teachers of
fices just to chat or ask for advice, and they're
always ready to listen and help. With the de
mands that pre-med brings, it helped to know
I had professors who were behind me one
hundred percent and were doing their best
to help me succeed. I'm thankful they gave
their talents to the Lord to be used by Him to
make my time here at CCC more enjoyable"
On a science field
trip, graduate Josh
Blizzard snorkels
in the Florida
Keys. He was
graduated in 2003
and is the cousin
of Seth Blizzard.
Josh is now in
nursing school at
Polk County Com
munity College.
