Bishop O’Dowd’s BSU has become

one of the most prized and

prominent clubs, not to mention one

of the oldest clubs at the school. The

Black Student Union celebrates and

represents African American culture

in the Bishop O’Dowd community,

bringing something new and fresh to

the community every year. The club

is moderated by Mr. and Mrs. Green,

and assisted by a team of executive

council students. Each year the club

holds an annual assembly in

February, during Black History

Month, and never fails to entertain

and inform the Bishop O’Dowd

community.
