Smiling. Dedicated. Caring. Dona McCabe, a

physical education teacher at O’Dowd since

1974, embodies these three characteristics.

Her many years of teaching are evidence that

she truly loves her job and her students. Ms.

McCabe’s superb taste in music and relaxing

meditations make her classes special.

Additionally, her extensive knowledge of

physical education, her sense of humor, and

her flexibility have made lasting impacts in the

memories of O’Dowd students. Ms. McCabe’s

commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle

comes across in her teaching methods and the

positive energy with which she approaches each

day. We thank Ms. McCabe for her endless

dedication to the physical education department

and to the O’Dowd community. As an

expression of the school’s love and gratitude

for such a wonderful member of the O’Dowd
