UNFEIGNED FAITH

The drama fever that seized the

CCC campus had not diminished by

February when a troupe of players

from the Academy of Arts in

Greenville, South Carolina came to

assist us in the production of one of

Nicky Chavers’ Biblical dramas.

Unfeigned Faith. In one frantic week

the cast and crew learned the

professional way to put on a play,

complete with lighting, make-up,

blocking, and interpretation, from the

young men and women who taught us.

The drama, the story of the life of

Timothy as influenced by the Apostle

Paul, was presented on the night of

February 9, for a crowd of

approximately 400 people. The

exhausted participants ended the

evening with a feeling of exhilaration

and excitement at the blessing

received by all, viewers and actors

alike.
