Dave Hite arrived at Moses Brown in the
middle of last year. Since then he has made
more friends among day boys than any three
other boarders. These friends serve Dave
quite well on weekends. Also, Dave is
known for not fearing masters. One feels
that Dave could walk, cigarette in hand, up
to Doc without batting an eyelash. As a
                                             boarder Dave finds  his style grossly cramped;
but since he has Jayne, why should he
care? When it is time for sports, Dave is
usually at one of two places. Dave decided
long ago that pool and cokes at Gregg’s
were much more fun (and profitable). Dave
is well known for his battle with the brew
—it seems that his eyes hold more than his
liver. Still, Dave has more devil-may-care
                                             fun than anyone else.

In spite of his father, Lou is a winner.
The familiar cry of "Lou” that can be heard
continually throughout the corridors is a
tribute to the hero worship that Lou com
mands. On the athletic field Lou is invincible.
He has been a stalwart of the varsity foot
ball squad for three seasons and has shown
a fervent desire to master the art of shot
putting. Never once did he succumb to
temptation and join the handball squad! In
the classroom Lou is equally dynamic. His
                                    interpretations of physics experiments have
astounded even the "Fax” himself. Lou
never gets things mixed up—except, of
course, when his new car with a V-8 engine
suddenly became a refined 6. We only hope
that Lou can straighten out this conflict in
time to get to Villanova in September.
