                                                      The  Delphian,  of  course, is  the  school  literary  magazine.  This  year
                                                    it has the added distinction of being just about  the only school  publi­
                                                    cation  to  come  out  on  time.  Also,  in  conjunction  with  the  Camera
                                                    Club the Delphian initiated a picture contest. The best pictures entered
                                                    were  to  have been  published  in  the winter  issue.  However,  the  small
                                                    number of contributions prevented, or at least delayed, the materializa­
                                                    tion  of  this  contest.  We  did  have a  section  of  pictures,  though,  and
                                                    we  do  hope  that  the  coming  Delphians  will  continue  with  this  idea.
                                                    Perhaps the most notable achievement of the winter  Delphian was the
                                                    publishing of Katzman’s "did you  know that’’  history article,  in which
                                                    we  learned  that  farm  life  once  thrived  on  M.B.  grounds  and  that
                                                    "segregation  of  the  sexes  (at  M.B.)  was  on  the  way  out.’’
