that share their love for art. National Art

Honor Society allows artists to meet together
and share their art. Throughout the year,

students choose a craft to do with the

special ed classrooms. "My most
memorable moment is probably volunteering

and working with special ed students," said
Jael Stilwell (12) "One of my favorite

memories was when we tie-dyed as a group

at the beginning of the group. I also like
seeing the art other members of the group

create because it's all so unique and

incredible," said Elizabeth Visscher (11).
Be Nice

Be Nice, was more than a
phrase. It was an Action Plan!

Members learned what it means

to notice, invite, challenge, and
empower.

The group helped students

understand how to recognize
classmates that needed help. Be

Nice helped make Holland a very
compassionate place.
