Although the men's team did not win
Nationals, they came close. Their hard work
throughout the semester allowed them as a team
to grow in faith and pull together. Throughout
the season, the Cougars had several difficult trials
with player injuries and other inconveniences, but
they kept playing hard, refusing to give up.
During the regular season, the team split
the series with Southeastern each winning at
home. The regional championship match with
Southeastern went back and forth for the whole
game. However, at the end of regulation, there
was no score. After two 10-minute golden goal
periods, the score was still 0-0. The penalty kicks
