                                                                                       ty,  the  student  is  provided  the  op­
                                                                                       portunity to opply the skills of moth ond
                                                                                       science  to  everydoy  situotions.  Ad­
                                                                                       ditionally,  those  too  often  neglected,
                                                                                       cognitive,  ond  affective  qualities  or
                                                                                       spotiol  relotionships  ond  creotivity  ore
                                                                                       permitted  expression  through  the  con­
                                                                                       struction of end products,  which provide
                                                                                       o  feeling  of  pride  in  occomplishment.
                                                                                       Hond-eye  coordination  is  enhanced
                                                                                       and  the  student  gets  o  sense  of  the
                                                                                       rewards  to      be  gained       through
                                                                                       workmonship.
