Underclassmen were always on the ball trying to get
their class requirements.
If freshmen appeared to move a little more quickly,
and looked a little soggy around the edges, it was because
they took a quarter of swimming. As freshmen stroked on
they became more aware of their health by taking Health
for the rest of a semester.
Sophomores, required to take Personal Communica
tions, found that making speeches for class was a different
experience from other classes. Personal Communications
involved helping students to communicate more openly in
front of small or large groups.
Learning to become more aware about money
spending, juniors were required to take Consumer Skills. This
class involved learning to budget money. This class was
designed to help students prepare for adult living.
As the year went by, students were "Class Packed"
k A ' w with classes that added a little spice to the class as a
^ ^ whole, learning more than just the basics.
