class officers try to

accomplish for their class

Togetherness according to Sophomore Class
President Paul Gibbins is somewhat of a problem
for his class. Gibbins explained that it is hard to
have class meetings since the class can only meet
before or after school.
Agreeing with these views of her class, Vice
President Donna Thompson said, “I'd like to get
the class to do things together instead of being
in different little groups. Maybe try to get the
whole class to do things like t-shirts as the seniors
did." She also added it would be nice to have
a picnic or breakfast for the whole class.
Thompson commented, “We got the honor
pass finally accomplished." She explained that
the honor pass will be for “B" or above average
students who have a 7th or 8th hour release.
These students would be allowed to stay in school
if they had something important to do. Another
project in the works for student council members Sophomore Class Officers are: Laura
is a marquee for the front of the building. Meehan, Kelli Self, Paul Gibbins and
Donna Thompson.
