Mr. Johnson has spent many hours
during past summers and during
Campus Work Days performing var
ious gardening tasks. He is weeding
outside Emmons Hall. When he had
an office in Emmons Hall, he took
care of the rose bushes out front by
the bench. His pruning and weeding
of the grounds are reminescent of
the diligence with which he serves
the student bocy in helping them be
come involved in a Christian service
activity. He uses his skill and rapport
with the students to “ prune and
weed” their spiritual lives so that
they will grow stronger and more
true to God’s Word.

this occurrence, Scotty.” Dr. Munro
and Dr. Moore, both of whom are
Administrators as well as profes
sors in the Division of Education,
I know how to have fun. They were
part of the highly successful and
most amusing Faculty Follies. The
Star Trek crew (and what a crew it
was!) took the audience on a voyage
to a strange planet filled with “ an-i-
mals,” “ do-nors,” and “stu-dents.”
