PON enrollment every boy in School automatically becomes a
member of the Athletic Association. So that the athletic interests of
the student body may be handled efficiently, however, the members
delegate their powers to an Executive Committee, consisting of four
students and three masters, elected by the student body each spring.
The principal duties of the Executive Committee acting on behalf of the
members are as follows:
1. To award letters.
2. To approve schedules for all sports.
3. To nominate for managerships and assistant managerships.
4. To nominate candidates for the succeeding Executive Committee.
The following were members of the Committee for 1935-1936: Kenneth
D. Clapp, President; Edward W. Cooper, Vice-President; Richmond C. Mowry,
Secretary; Robert B. Aldrich, Junior Member; Mr. Howe, Mr. Raines, and Mr.
Waughtel, Faculty Members.
