Students Prepare For
The Break By Meeting
Rigorous Inspection By
s students prepare for the close of
each semester, White Glove inspection becomes
imminent. All day long on Saturday during fi
nals, the residence halls are buzzing with the
sound of scrupulous cleaning of students eager
to pass inspection. This time of final preparation
for the break gives the students excellent op
portunities to grow closer to those with whom
they live. The girls share unit jobs ranging from
scrubbing showers to washing windows. White
Glove combines the cooperative efforts of the
students and results in a time of fellowship.
Likewise, the men share the responsibility of
cleaning. The main purpose for having White
Glove is to thoroughly clean the residence halls
before the students leave for the Christmas and
summer breaks. “It's a good feeling to know that
my room will be clean when I get back from
Christmas break,” said James Clark.
