A long Thursday night began with another new Homecom­
ing feature, the bonfire. At left juniors Pat DuFour and
Mike Laughlin help gather wood for the hour-long blaze.
The crowd then progressed to a mixer in the court where
the Jimmy Joe Lewis Night Eagles Blues Band entertained.
The whole affair made quite a mess, and if you got caught
cleaning up, as the five juniors below were, you could easi­
ly find reasons that a pep rally should not be held more
than once a year.

Over 500 people jammed into both levels of the court for the pep rally which
was held Thursday, October 9.
