Although the Winter Track Team does not have dual
meets, the Wilson men, led by Coach Robert Holling
sworth, competed in locally-sponsored meets. One of
these, the Lower Bucks County All-Comers Meet, was
dominated by Wilson. Ian Esche, Mercer King, Rich Lee,
and Bill Budman each won two medals.
Tracksters and Ice-Men
This year a new team was formed at Woodrow Wilson
rise to meet the challenge High School, the Ice Hockey Team. The Ram Ice-Men
underwent an organizing year but expect to improve with
age. Coached by Brain Sacharczek of the Bristol Bengals
and Wilson alumnus Bill Schiavo, the skaters will learn
much and increase their skills. This season's leading scor
ers were Ken Zaborowski and Lee Sciarra with seniors
Nick Petratos, and Joe Shedelbower not far behind.
