                                                                               Due  to  the  fact  that  there  was  no  gymnastics  team  last
                                                                               year    .  you've come a  long way, guys!  Helpful  were the
                                                                               untiring efforts of Coach Fred Lewis, whose main philoso­
                                                                               phy is "winning isn't everything,  it's the only thing!" The
                                                                               team's key man is John Hogan who also happens to be the
            Wilson Men's Gymnastics                                            only all-around  man  on  the team.  Their quiet and  gentle
                                                                               coach  has inspired them to a season of 11  wins and 5 loss­
                                                                               es, a great first-year record. Outstanding seniors are Ran­

                                                                               through  a  season  of  no  wins,  although  several  shining
                                                                               stars glowed on the team.  Dotty Quigley did a fine job on
                                                                               the  floor  exercises,  while  on  the  beam  Judy  Uosikkinen
                                                                                and  Bev  Lott  excelled.  Also,  seniors  jecy  Pletnick,  Dawn
                                                                                Slater and Mindy Mihalik showed style and form.
