On occasion Mr. Merritts has welcomed

students into his temporary home, the

Dambach apartment, for their Monday

night Bible study. The students thoroughly

enjoyed their time with him. Freshman

Terry Baumann has learned much from

Mr. Merritts. He said, “ He is a wonderful

man, and I enjoy his company. I learn so

much just by listening to him.’,

Helped by Dan Giltner, Mr. Merritts gets a

first hand look at the new building in its

final stages of construction. Dan Giltner

said, “ I enjoyed taking him up on the

hydrolic lift and showing him the progress

on the building. He is always walking

around checking the progress of the

construction. It is nice to see him so

interested in the investment he made.”
