RICHARD CHARLES WHITE
In his thirteen years at Moses Brown, Rich has emerged as one of the most diverse students in the
school. Regarded as a hardworking scholar, Rich extends this diligence to the playing fields; an
outstanding soccer goalkeeper who plays for the Rhode Island state team, Rich was co-captain of this
year’s squad. While on the wrestling mats in the winter, he enjoyed equal success earning three varsity
letters and winning the S.E.N.E. class championship in his junior year. Although his seemingly quiet
nature might suggest otherwise, Rich has an incredibly energetic and unpredictable side that arises
every so often at social gatherings. Whether he be making boxer runs in sub-zero weather, sailing into
the Jamestown bridge, or throwing people out of bed, “The Dicker” can show almost anyone a good
time. Rich’s charms become especially persuasive during the summers in Narragansett, particularly at
Fourth of July parties, and only recently has he settled down. A pioneer of “ the chummahs” and four —
wheeling, Rich’s great attention to results will undoubtedly carry him far. Just be careful when he gets
that look in his eye.
