The Ralston JV team had a great season. They welcomed a new coach,
Amber Wood. She always said the same thing before games, "You have to

have the desire to play fo r your team." Lindsey Blazek and Jenn Andersen
led the team on the court. Leading great serving averages were
Livia Dwornicki and Maddie Ellis. Great hits came from Livia and Maddie, but

also Jenn Andersen, Lindsey Blazek, Peyton Skiles, and Katie Siedlik. The back
row had a great season, w ith Jenn Andersen, Ellie Kemp, Sarah Czerwinski,
Jayme Armstrong, and Colleen Grady passing up many serves and hitting the

floor. Before sustaining an injury, Kaeli Sedlak had amazing sets and many
ace serves. Stepping in fo r her a fte r her in ju ry was Katy Corliss, Peyton
Skiles, and Sarah Czerwinski. The team had some d ifficulties w ith new

rotations, and new players joining the team, but they made it work and
                played hard.

The Ralston Reserve team, coached by M a rty Santoni, had a great

season as well. W ith wins and close games, the season was exciting. Great
hits were always coming from Corin Nauslar, Sara Lainson, and
Katie Siedlik. The big blockers were A ttie Kemp and M arie Fidegnon. Back

row attacks were consistent from Jayme Arm strong, Olivia Charlesworth, and
Colleen Grady. Leading the team on the court was Sarah Czerwinski, w ith
her loud mouth. You have to give it your all, and you can’t quit on anything",
is what her pep talk always was to sta rt o ff a game. They were always

proud o f the way they played, and they definitely showed it.
