                             r. james Eisenhardt, the man behind
the productions of South's plays, once
had a dream to become a doctor after
high school. In his sophomore year at
MSouth he took a science class that only
juniors and seniors were given credit for. He changed his
mind, though, and decided to go into liberal arts, speech,
theater, and journalism instead. As a student at South, he
performed in The Sound of Music and The Flower Drum
Song. His favorite play in which he performed was Cuys
and Dolls. Now that he's a teacher here, he directs plays
instead of starring in them, and Midsummer's Night
Dream was his favorite play to direct. He also coaches
speech and debate and is the adviser of the Tooter.
