Life* a RUS
In Whatever Time We Have By: Camryn Lustgraaf and Jordyn Sacco
RUSH, Ralston’s varsity show choir group, consisted of many students
ranging from freshmen to seniors. There was much diversity dancing along
the stage. This year RUSH competed in five competitions, including Gretna,
Roosevelt South Dakota, Bishop Heelan, Lewis Central, and Westwood
Jubilation. RUSH performed six songs!
One of the most memorable moments from a competition was making
finals at Louis Central. In an interview with Jenna McKain, the RUSH
director and the high schools choir program leader, that her favorite part ot
RUSH was being able to watch the performances and seeing what the kids
love to do! "Hard work pays off!" RUSH has had a very successful season,
making finals multiple times throughout their season and several different
competition. We look forward to seeing what RUSH will bring next year
with all of the new members.
