Ralston’s Spirit Squad has gained some new additions onto
Passing Spirit. Morgan Lainson is their JV teams this year, And our JV teams have done a lot to
passing on some of her spirit on to
Morgan Soledad Rosas. keep spirits up this year. From halftime dances to sideline cheers,
they’ve remained positive all year.
Cheyenne Bergmann of JV Cheer Team said, “it’s definitely
challenging at first but once you get the hang of it then it becomes
rather enjoyable.” Both teams must remain positive and cheer on
through the team's obstacles, while training to perfect their own
routines.
Sierra Hernandez, captain of the JV cheer team said, “The right
kind of people for cheer are people who enjoy going to sporting
events and people who are outgoing and energetic”.
Although Cheer and Dance are both tough sports to participate in
the members of both teams all find it "one of the most memorable
experiences of my life.”
Through all of the challenges and obstacles the JV Cheer and
Dance teams are always remaining positive and “Keeping Spirits
Up” at Ralston High; and we look forward to more from them in
the future. S
