Loyalty, encouragement and enthusi
asm are all hallmarks of what it means
to be a good fan of a sport’s team.
Being supportive, whether the team is winning or losing,
staying positive to keep the team’s spirit up, and

helped to unify the student body’s school spirit and encour

the games is being there to support the college team. These
players work hard all season to compete in these games,
and going to watch and support them is the least we can
do,” Amanda Yohannes said.
The students are not the only ones with school spirit.
Many faculty and staff come to the games as well. “It’s
always great to see some of our faculty and staff come out
and support our Cougar athletes as they compete,” Dr. Bob
Hodges said.
