The fighting Delhaas Tigers completed
their 1957 football season with the
traditional Thanksgiving Day game,
while striving to gain possession of the
Ingot Trophy. During the entire sea­
son, the members of this squad fought
with all their might and never failed
to portray the ideal Delhaas High
spirit. Even though training for the
team is hard work and time consum­
ing, each and every player will express
the fact that the thrill of playing the
game more than compensates for his
efforts. All those who have viewed the
games can testify that their fast-mov­
ing action and co-operative teamwork
presented them with much pleasure
and enjoyment.

Delhaas plays on their home field fighting for another D.H.S. victory.
