                                                                                                                                           bowling,  a boat cruise,  ice skating,  and






                                                                                                                                           miniature golf.  Not only were these acti­





                                                                                                                                           vities relaxing,  but they were also  a great






                                                                                                                                           opportunity for students to get acquainted.






                                                                                                                                           Transfer student  Dwaine Osborne summed





                                                                                                                                           up his feelings by saying,  "O-o-o,  we're






                                                                                                                                           having too much  fun!"





                                                                                                                                                        "Marooned  in Paradise"  was the theme






                                                                                                                                           of the annual college picnic.  The highlight






                                                                                                                                            was the skit in which the marooned de­





                                                                                                                                            cided to start a college on the island.  They






                                                                                                                                            competed  for the honor of being named





                                                                                                                                            "Student of the Week!'  The Howell's,  Dr.

                                                                                                                                             sor with homemade pies.  The ravishing Ginger,  Miss

                                                                                                                                             ner.  However,  the honorable professor withstood their
