       Sandvik finds the solution
       for underground rocks

Versatility and precision for narrow vein
mining operations is the idea behind Sand-
       vik’s DD212 development drill.
Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions has
introduced the new DD212, a compact and
       intelligent single-boom, electro-hydraulic
drill for tunnelling and mining development in
       narrow vein drifts.
DD212 is an upgrade of the DD210 de-
velopment drill rig, with Sandvik’s latest in-
novation designed to deliver both high-level
productivity and low cost of ownership.

       unlimited energy future

Unlimited Energy Australia has helped Gold
Road Resources Ltd minimise its environmen-
tal footprint and reduce its operating costs by
       deploying a state-of-the-art renewable energy
system at its Yamarna exploration camp.
The new system comprises a solar photo-
voltaic array combined with a Tesvolt lithium
energy storage hub. Its modular energy hub
design enabled fabrication to be completed
off-site, thereby minimising installation time on
the remote site, as well as the ability to relocate
or repurpose the system to meet a variety of
       future exploration needs if required.
