        Arkansas trucking executives react to the long-awaited changes proposed to the
        hours-of-service rules

            Arkansas trucking executives say
 OVER 100 LOCATIONS IN 16 STATES  the FMCSA’s proposed hours of service
        provisions would provide motor carriers
        some much-needed flexibility, but some
        would like to see the agency go further.
            The federal agency has proposed
