        to ensure that drivers accurately report
        information on their applications and
        do not omit places of employment or
        crashes,” said FMCSA. Information pro-
        vided through the PSP is comprised of
        five years of crash data and three years
        of inspection data on the driver, to
        assist in determining if a driver appli-
        cant should be hired.

            Houston-based Southwestern
        Energy Co. announced its capital invest-
        ment for 2014 will be $2.3 billion,
        which includes a $900 million invest-
        ment in Fayetteville Shale Play and
        $178 million in southern Arkansas and
        northern Louisiana’s Lower Smackover
        Brown Dense formation.
            The company had 411 gross operat-
        ing wells in the shale in 2013 and 326
        net operating wells. Next year, those
        numbers are projected to be 460-470
        and 320-330.
            Wells in the Brown Dense are
        expected to increase from six to 14.
            “2014 is going to be a good year
