Around the world, the International Nurses Day, is celebrated on May 12,
the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, the founder of
modern nursing. It also marks the contributions that nurses make to
society and serves to highlight the important role nurses fulfill in health
care system. Especially now, they are the frontline warriors fighting
fiercely against the COVID-19 to save lives of the world population.
