Dear All,
‘Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood more, so that we may fear less’ because ‘A life lived in fear

is a life half lived.’
These are two have spoken to me in these very challenging times and therefore I know that it will fill more hearts with
courage wrapped in gratitude. As many families are struggling during these troubled and difficult times, we remember

each one of them in our prayers and pray for healing on this nation. We have, unprecedentedly, gotten time to spend
with our families and must therefore use this time wisely and effectively. Spend fruitful time with our children, work

on ourselves, improve ourselves, call and speak to the people you haven’t talked to in a long time,check up on 5 people
on your caller list daily, reach out and just be.
Inevitably, the world as we know it has changed and change is probably the only constant and the NEW NORMAL.

Over the last year and a half, the school management has tried to kept itself energized, by motivating one another and
fruitfully using this time to innovate with new technology teaching and helping foster an environment of learning in

each home, as is possible given all circumstances. And it is this very same technology that, I believe, has been used to
exhibit the creativity of the young minds that have been nurtured at Somerville School, Block H, Sector Alpha II,
Greater Noida, U.P.

My heartfelt congratulations to the Principal, staff and students, in this endeavour of releasing the
………. Edition of the School Magazine, ………….
