LEADERSHIP QUALITIES
The famous book of Lily Singh says on its cover page,
'A true bawse knows how to multitask.’ It explains that a
bawse knows how to do multi-tasking which is ironical
because it’s barely possible to pursue multitasking.
But, one who has leadership skills can do it. A leader
with his/her leadership qualities can influence his/her
co-workers to do various tasks directly or indirectly.
A leader is the one who works with his/her kind nature,
good heart and talent of handling or dealing with
problems, stress, and co-workers.
A leader works with his/her team but the leadership
qualities bind them both together to give out net profit
out of their hard work. A person with leadership
qualities shines out bright because the qualities he
possesses are a special gift of God.
